This includes identification of on-and-off market buyout targets, deal structuring, execution, closing and ongoing management.

The Revstone team has overseen operations for seasoned companies as well as nascent entities that need a more sophisticated structural framework. The team’s experience encompasses product planning, engineering and architecture, global marketing and sales management, expense analysis, identifying and outlining reasonable growth strategies and adhering to those projections, as well as maximizing capacity at each industrial plant.
