Revstone management is highly experienced and has diversified expertise across multiple disciplines. The team offers detailed knowledge and understanding of the industrial manufacturing space having had significant tenures at the corporate executive management level. From a transactional standpoint, the management team has an extensive track record in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and turnarounds for troubled businesses. This includes identification of on-and-off market buyout targets, deal structuring, execution, closing and ongoing management.

The Revstone team has overseen operations for seasoned companies as well as nascent entities that need a more sophisticated structural framework. The team’s experience encompasses product planning, engineering and architecture, global marketing and sales management, expense analysis, identifying and outlining reasonable growth strategies and adhering to those projections, as well as maximizing capacity at each industrial plant. The Revstone team also has worked on creating environmentally friendly climate control designs in accordance with new and anticipated industry regulations.
